Start Your Journey Towards Healing with a Professional Islamic Guidance Counselor
Guiding Minds and Hearts Through Therapy Rooted in Quran and Sunnah, with Compassionate Support for Modern Muslim Challenges.
As-Salaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu!
My journey began with formal education in Herbal & Unani Medicine and Hijama Therapy, rooted in the time-honored traditions of Tibb-e-Nabawi (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم). I later pursued an MD in Alternative Medicine, strengthening my ability to integrate natural therapies with deeper understanding of the human system. Since 2003, I have practiced herbal healing, and since 2009, I’ve been offering Hijama (cupping) therapy as part of my holistic clinical work.
This realization led to the birth of Zehni Sukoon — a platform for spiritual psychology and counseling where I offer one-on-one sessions, both online and in-person. I’ve completed certifications in Islamic Counseling, psychological first aid, and mindset-based emotional healing to further develop a unique model of care.
My Islamic Counseling Approach:
- Thought Correction & Intentional Thinking (Replacing negative patterns with thoughts like Sabr, Shukr, Tawakkul, Raza)
- Faith-Based Mental Wellness (Helping you align your thoughts with divine trust and inner strength)
- Tibb-e-Nabawi (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) & Emotional Detox (Using prophetic practices to purify the heart and mind)
- Crisis & Trauma Counseling (Healing through insight, listening, and God-centered clarity)

All this makes our work in Islamic counseling feel sincere. It speaks to both your spiritual needs and personal struggles.

- Are ready to self-reflect, make changes, and reconnect with Allah
- Wish to manage personal, academic, or professional stress in a spiritually grounded way

Who We Cannot Help
- Our approach is not suitable for those who:
- Are experiencing an urgent psychiatric crisis (e.g., suicidal risk, violent psychosis, detachment from reality)
- Depend entirely on medication without openness to lifestyle or spiritual changes
- Seek quick fixes like wazifa or taweez without behavioral change
- Expect instant success in life, marriage, or business without inner work
- Want only religious rulings (fatwa) or purely ritual-based solutions
- Refuse self-reflection and prefer constant blame-shifting
- Are uncomfortable with a combined faith + psychology approach
What Happens If You Ignore Islamic Counseling?
- When emotional pain, negative thinking, or spiritual restlessness is left unresolved, it often:
- Intensifies over time, affecting mental clarity and decision-making
- Drains your motivation, energy, and emotional stability
- Damages relationships and weakens your connection with Allah
- Increases the risk of physical symptoms linked to stress and burnout
- Makes life challenges feel heavier, leading to hopelessness or stagnation
